Filmed in a child-sized living room constructed from thousands of hand-cast rubber sausages, the video humorously addresses consumption as it relates to both personal narratives from my childhood and larger socio-economic issues of gender, class and enculturation. Manipulating a 1973 Oscar Meyer Weiner commercial, the video questions the embedded notions of American consumerism.
