Project Cocoon is a performance work that explores the dual nature of cocooning—both as a refuge and a constraint. It examines the liminal state of transformation, questioning what it means to exist in-between: suspended, waiting, evolving. Is discomfort a prerequisite for metamorphosis? Can security become suffocating? Through key performance actions—pressure, binding, gestation, and exertion—the work delves into the tension between protection and rupture, safety and constraint, emergence and resistance
