Frenchaire Gardner is a bisexual Black woman who navigates life with bipolar depression, ADHD, anxiety, and PTSD, yet she transforms pain into purpose through Frenchy’s Wonders’, a healing sanctuary where creative arts and body movement help others process and release trauma. She is also the host of A News You Can Use Podcast, where she shines a light on Black business owners and artists, amplifying their stories and impact. As an award-winning author, she has penned Mommy and Daddy Do You Still Love Me Anymore? (Honorable Mention, The Book Fest Spring 2022), a touching children’s book uplifting foster and adopted children. She also co-authored the Amazon bestseller Finding Joy in the Journey Vol. 2: Healthy Ways to Find Joy During Difficult Times, the inspiring The ‘Strategy’ in Struggle, and multiple anthologies, including Gold Nuggets for Entrepreneurs: Lessons That Change Your Life and her latest, Gold Nuggets for Entrepreneurs: Communications is Your Superpower.
